How we support you
By nurturing our clinicians and giving them lots of opportunities to learn and upskill, we can continually enhance the quality of our clinical care and improve patient outcomes.
Our in-house curated CPD programme is tailored specifically for our clinical teams, as is the professional and service specific training we offer for people to learn new skills. Our clinicians also get fortnightly individual clinical supervision, peer supervision and a regularly reviewed individual development plan to support them with their long-term career goals. In addition, all our clinicians also have access to a world leading programme of external CPD delivered by global experts in their field.
As a member of our team, you will also be fully supported by your line manager and supervisor, our senior clinical team, your peers and our operational teams. You’ll find everyone at Psych Health is committed to and focussed on providing the best possible care for our patients.
